Thoughts from head coach Randy Fischer:

“We’ve had some great performances so far this season. We just need to work on getting more speed and some better marks to hopefully qualify as many individuals for the (GPAC) conference meet as possible.” (*Note: The top 18 declared performances in each individual event qualify for the conference meet; each school can automatically enter one relay team)

Jordan Pater leads the 5k run at the Dennis Young

Classic at Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, IA

on Saturday, January 28.

*Next week there will be updates from the Dordt Open (Sioux Center, Feb. 4) as well as the Frostbite 4 road race (Beresford, Feb. 4). More info on the Frostbite 4 here
