Cody Larson, a Sioux Falls native and freshman forward for the University of Florida men’s basketball team, is in trouble with the law again.
Larson and another Gators player were arrested Sunday morning in St. Augustine, Fla., and were charged with one felony count of third-degree burglary. According to the Orlando Sentinel, each paid a $5,000 bond and were released.
Larson, if you remember, was suspended from the S.F. Roosevelt boys’ basketball team as a senior after a prescription drug incident. Larson received a 120-day suspended jail sentence and was given two years’ probation.
We’ll have to wait and see what happens, but you’ve got to think Larson’s future at Florida is in jeopardy.
